Other remarks
Cruise at 75% 140KT (250KPH) with only 6GPH (25lph) fuel burn. The Lancair is an efficient and fast cruiser for the person looking for a budget sporty Aircraft. Light on the controls and responsive, it handles great and gives the pilot good control.

The aircraft nose gear got stuck up on a post-maintenance flightt resulting in a shock-loading engine inspection and a new propeller. The nose gear and the cowling were repaired to original condition without any indication of a repair.
